Bruyerre wanted to grow B2B sales to restaurants, hotels, and gift shops across Europe, but had no systematic way to find, qualify, or reach prospects at scale. Leads came sporadically and follow-ups were manual.

What we built

An automation that finds B2B prospects, scores them by fit, writes personalised outreach mentioning their specific business, and sends it automatically. It sorts replies, logs them to the CRM, and reminds non-responders at 7 and 14 days. Weekly reports show who engaged and who's ready for a call.
